Smart Real Estate Tools, Inc. (SRE) (SRETools.com) is a real estate tech company that is agent friendly and serves agents all over the country. SRE has put together an agent Back Office that has some proprietary technology as well as strategic alliances with Corefact, Chime and others to provide a comprehensive tech stack solution. Our Back Office concept and the technology inside is designed to help with three main things: 1. Affordably support the agent in running and operating their business, while providing the ability to differentiate themselves from their peers, maximize production and provide superior service / results to their clients 2. The agent owns 100% of their tech stack (Back Office systems & tools). In the event the agent needs to change brokerages, their tech tools comes with them. This means their CRM, agent website, IDX service, and all the other systems and tools they use to help run their business can travel with them. There is no need to start over and they won’t be held captive by their current brokerage and the tech they provide 3. Enable the agent to build residual income. Outside of property management, most revenue generated for agents is through commissions earned at the close of escrow. Now you can help agents build some stability into their income. Assuming you know other agents that could benefit from their own Back Office and need some stable supplemental income, and if they sign up through your SRE Affiliate link, then the agent can earn up to 10% of the Back Office monthly fee every month for as long as that agent keeps their Back Office. (Note: This only goes one level.)
