The Capital Association of Professional Division Order Analysts (CAPDOA) was founded in 1982 as a non-profit organization to promote further education, knowledge, and interests of the Professional Division Order Analyst through an exchange of information and experience. CAPDOA schedules five regular business meetings throughout the year and an Annual Seminar held in June which began in 1983. Meetings feature an Oil & Gas Professional who discusses problems that confront the Professional Division Order Analysts in exploration, production, and marketing of crude oil, gas, or other minerals and their associated by-products.
