Processes need to be in place to mitigate risk and have a plan for remediation in the event of an attack. Education is key for all employees. It has been proven time and time again that humans cause the most risk of a cyber attack. How can employees be part of the solution when they don't know there is a threat or what the threat is? Most employees don't know their haphazard 'clicking on everything' creates greater risk of an attack that can have serious ongoing ramifications.
