Our patients aren’t coming to us for us, they are coming to us for them. For their needs and wants. Our job is to truly understand their needs and wants and give them everything they need and more. It’s what your patients perceive as important and your ability to acknowledge that and deliver them what they need. We understand that to truly help our patients and each other we must be able to acknowledge what is being said and to work diligently to understand our patients and fellow co workers.
