As one of the largest independent Steel Service Centres, the EMW Steel Service Centre supplies coils, slit-strips, cut-to-size formats and circular blanks to the steel processing industry. In over 45,000 m² of storage space, EMW has around 180,000 tons of thin steel sheet permanently in stock. Almost all current market grades are constantly available for delivery: standard and special grades, mainly hot-dip and electrolytically galvanized, cold-rolled, warm-rolled and hot-dip aluminised, but also plastic or organically coated (Granocoat). Among the company’s specialities are a wide range of high-quality automobile grades, high-tensile steels, grades for enamelling and the highly efficient organisation of transport logistics. At EMW, certification according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 und IATF 16949:2016 ensures that quality and process reliability are guaranteed. Neunkirchen (Siegerland): Five slitting lines, two multi-blanking lines, a cutting centre, several guillotine shears and a modern testing laboratory, and a modern testing laboratory, which includes tensile testing machines and spectral analysis equipment guarantee fast and flexible delivery. Treuen: Since 2019, a slitting line, a cut-to-length line and a cutting centre have been added to our installations.
