TRB Development was founded in 2016 by entrepreneurs Trevor Burgess and Jonathan Carlon with the goal of acquiring and developing residential home sites and partnering with top builders to deliver great value-priced, move-in-ready new homes. To date TRB Development and its affiliates have acquired or have under contract over 300 home sites located in Florida’s Manatee, Charlotte and Lee counties.
