We’re a nonprofit gym that believes in putting community first. Our mission is to lower obesity rates in the Bridgeport and Stratford, CT area and increase the quality of life for our members. Our income based memberships include three 40-minute group sessions per week, personalized nutrition advice, and a dedicated coach to help you and your team reach their goals. We also provide small group and 1-on-1 personal training for anyone seeking a program that fits their unique schedule and goals.
