Design for America (DFA) is a national network of interdisciplinary, student-led teams who learn and apply human-centered design principles at the local scale. DFA began in 2009 at Northwestern University and now includes more than 35 studios at universities all over the country. DFA NYU is a community of students, undergraduates and graduates across all NYU, we use human-centered design to tackle social issues locally and globally and to develop solutions that have social impact.
