Adam Chernick is a New York City-based musician and private instructor specializing in a wide range of styles, including rock, pop, classical, folk, and jazz. He teaches guitar, bass, piano, drums, ukulele, vocals, songwriting, and music theory. Adam's students include young children and adults of all ages, ranging from absolute beginner to extremely advanced. Adam is a knowledgeable and experienced professional who is passionate about sharing his love for music. He studied at the Eastman School of Music and received a B.A. with high honors in Music from the University of Rochester. He has over 10 years of teaching experience, both privately and through the National Guitar Workshop, TakeLessons, and Music on the Move.
