DSE are a rail management consultancy, specialising in assurance delivery for Entry into Service and progressive assurance to facilitate efficient hand back of large multidisciplinary projects. We provide 3 key services: Service 1 - Project Discovery, commonly described as “Phase 1”, which enables DSE to establish the requirements to achieve successful project assurance delivery. At the completion of this phase, the Project will have agreed the Entry into Service Strategy, Asset Management Plan (AMP) Strategy and Hand Back Strategy. Service 2 - Implementing the outputs from Phase 1. We provide an on-site team to manage the Project EIS requirements and implement the strategies and structures agreed in phase one. Our team will set, monitor and report against the bespoke EIS deliverables and ensure the required statutory certificates are in place to achieve ‘safe for operational use’ status. We work with the delivery teams to embed a culture of progressive assurance at site engineering level and package the AMP deliverables to ensure they are progressively released to the Asset Owner. Service 3 - Deployment of Project specialists, ranging from Quality/Assurance Engineers, Technical Assurance Managers, CREs, DPEs and Project Managers.
