Founded in 1997, Micaëla Gallery began with a specialty in contemporary fine art, contemporary and studio glass, sculpture and video. In 2002, we began to advise private collectors seeking to build collections of contemporary fine art. In 2010, we became Micaëla Contemporary Projects to reflect our project-oriented consultancy and diverse program of contemporary fine art consultation, exhibitions, independent curatorial projects, collection and risk management, and USPAP compliant appraisals. Micaëla Contemporary Projects is fluent in the vocabulary of contemporary emerging and established fine art, locally and abroad. We advise collectors to acquire with intelligent passion and thoughtful practice. Carefully curated select artworks are available on our website. As appraisers, we strictly follow all USPAP guidelines for IRS and insurance requirements to enhance our practice. We work with vetted professionals in conservation matters, and for issues outside our expertise, we will recommend trusted colleagues whose practices compliment our own.
