Turn Around provides free, effective one-to-one tuition in reading, writing and arithmetic to anyone who needs it, using methods that are effective for more than 95% of those who seek our help. We work through volunteers and operate throughout the London Borough of Bromley and that part of Lewisham that borders it. We have our own premises in St Mary Cray and provide outreach sessions in third-party facilities in Anerley, Bromley, Downham, Mottingham and St Paul's Cray. Turn Around always needs volunteers. We provide training and support so no previous experience is necessary - what we need is enthusiasm and empathy. We use tried and tested methods such as phonics.
