As of September 2017, Advance Energy Partners held approximately 14,000 acres in ‘Tier One’ oily areas of the Delaware Basin. The majority of our properties are operated and suitable for long horizontal wells. Our primary reservoir targets are Avalon, Bone Spring, and Wolfcamp. We currently have three core areas in the Delaware Basin: Central Lea County Western Ward County State-line area of Southern Lea and Northern Loving Counties Advance Energy Partners’ near-term strategy is to grow and consolidate its acreage holdings, convert PUD locations to current production by horizontal drilling, and to prove commerciality of additional reservoir zones and tighter well spacing. We have an active leasing and business development program and are seeking trades and acquisitions within our core areas. We plan to run one operated horizontal rig through much of 2018.
