Taiga Gold Corp. (TGC:CSE) is a mineral exploration company focussing on gold and operating in vicinity of SSR Mining's Seabee Gold Operation located in Eastern Saskatchewan. Corporate Objective: To enhance shareholder value through development of early stage gold exploration projects using the contributions from options partners as well as self funded programs. Taiga Gold Corp. was spun-out of Eagle Plains Resources (EPL:TSX-V) in order to spotlight the exploration success and ongoing exploration at its projects located in the Seabee/Santoy Mine region. The strategy underlying the structure of the corporation is to make it an attractive take-over target. Flagship Project: The Fisher Project is Taiga Gold's flagship property. This project along with four other gold exploration projects in the region were spun-out from Eagle Plains on a 2 EPL for 1 TGC share basis to create Taiga Gold Corp. The Fisher project is currently under option to SSR Mining where they are undertaking a significant exploration program including 18,000m of drilling to be carried out over two phases, phase 1 commenced March 2018.
