The LOMOD Corporation is responsible for Performance Based Multi-Family Section 8 Project-Based Contract Administration (PBCA) services. LOMOD has been the PBCA for Southern California since 2003, managing the 2nd largest portfolio in the country with 748 property contracts equaling 45,983 units of project-based assistance. LOMOD’s portfolio covers 10 counties both in Central and Southern California and encompasses approximately 2/3 of the state’s assisted unit count.
