Our organization provides tools and resources to help teach children good behavior, perseverance, friendship, healthy habits, manners, respect, responsibility, confidence, and kindness. Characters of Character provides tools and resources to help educators, parents, and anyone interested in making this world a better place, teach nine valuable traits that children need in order to grow up to be a stand up citizen In 2005/2006 these characters received a National Promising Practice Award. Only two were given in the state of Illinois and we are proud to have received one of them.
