Keniston is a Housing Association with over 700 properties in London and the South East. Its aim is to house people in housing need who find it difficult to access decent accommodation in the private sector or by purchasing. Keniston is a mutual society with charitable status. We consider resident satisfaction to be more important than anything else and our satisfaction results show we are among some of the best housing associations in the South East. We consistently set ourselves high standards and work hard to deliver the best services we possibly can. We are a growing association but we never lose sight of our community base.
