Flowsort sortation modules can be integrated into driven and non-driven conveyors with widths from 400mm - 1000mm. The modularity allows high flexibility and continuous scalability of the system. Thus, initial investments can be kept low and the system can be adapted to your business and grow with it at any time. The included software allows easy connection of the sorting modules to all common PLCs. Blue plastic rollers provide the drive and optimum grip for sorting totes, parcels and envelopes weighing from 50g to 35kg. The rollers are arranged in fours in a turntable that can rotate between -90° and +90° within 0.3s. Sorting capacities of up to 6,000 PPH are achieved. The drive is provided by 24V motors and thus contributes to the reduction of the resource consumption of your intralogistics system. For higher capacities, modules with 48V drive are also available. Flowsort sorting modules are designed to be low-maintenance to ensure the highest possible availability. In case of maintenance work, this can be done by removing the turntables from above using a quick release system.
