LB Construction, Inc. was founded by Vance Lancaster and Jordan Burns in 1992 and our reputation for quality and safety has grown for us to become known as the "premier framing contractor". Recognizing the General Contractor need for additional services, we launched our Metal Stud & Drywall Division in 2004. Its success has lead to the addition of our Steel Fabricating Division, offering structural and architectural steel. In 2006, LB Construction, Inc. became an Employee Owned Company (ESOP) and currently operates 5 divisions. The most recent addition is our Concrete Division. Our facility is located in Roseville, CA and we are licensed in 3 states; California, Nevada, and Oregon.
