We strive to create a peaceful and compassionate environment where you are encouraged to explore and grow your practice. We want you to do what feels good, fully embrace your personal journey, and to let go of expectations. You'll find we don't take ourselves too seriously. We are real people doing real yoga with our real bodies and then going about our day with a renewed sense of calm. We currently offer Limited In-Person classes, LiveStream Classes and Video On Demand Classes! We hope to see you soon!
