Urban living in the digital age: We are more connected than ever before and more lonely at the same time. We are surrounded by more people than ever before, while we get less touch. We have come so far, yet we are most likely to die by loneliness or obesity. To tackle some of the challenges of our modern lifestyle we started the movement community Rört, where people can meet in real life and not via screens, and communicate with each other without being mediated by algorithms. We offer running, yoga, meditation, parkour, dance, concerts, talks and other activities, to foster connections with ourselves, with each other and with our environment. We believe it is important. Movement and meditation can change our lives.
