My name is Nick Gore and my love for personal training starts with a passion for teaching and physical fitness. My number one goal is to coach you on an individual level in fitness, health and well-being through unique techniques and my extensive background. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from San Francisco State University. I specialize in strength, resistance and endurance training; weight loss and weight management; toning through lean muscle burning and building, as well as core stability and core strengthening. What sets me apart from other trainers is my exercise and fitness background and my enthusiasm to teach. As a student who studied physiology, I learned that there are many causes of weight loss or weight gain including, but not limited to, hormone levels and metabolic rate. This knowledge and background allows me to instruct you in a more personal way. I insist on individual training sessions so that I can truly cater to your fitness goals. No person is alike and I take into account your lifestyle needs, diet, health and stress conditions. I am also constantly learning and keeping up to date on health and fitness trends that can help you. My objective is to make fitness fun while helping you improve your overall health. I will motivate you to go beyond what you think is possible. I train out of professional gyms throughout SF, with numerous locations and a flexible schedule. I am also able to train outdoors if it interests you or if you want to work on specific sports training. Bottom line, I am here to help you with whatever you decide to achieve!
