I work with companies and individuals who want a fresh perspective on the challenges they face. I offer insight, advice and solutions with the primary aim of improving relationships between suppliers and retail. This ranges from initial engagement, through day to day relationship management, up to board level interaction. I specifically provide objective advice to develop improvement strategies relating to the industry benchmarking survey on customer service. By doing so, I can provide the opportunity for a reset, and increased alignment and collaboration in ways of working. My experience in developing commercial training programmes means that I seek to understand the particular needs of a business and offer a flexible service - from full business capability analysis, competency assessment and design and delivery of a programme, right down to individual coaching and module creation. My objective is to optimise people resource in a fast moving and challenging market.
