Disability Entrepreneurship & Leadership (DEAL) Foundation works to promote inclusive and sustainable development. Through its livelihood programme, DEAL Foundation is working to create model social enterprises and businesses that are run and managed by people with disabilities. The Programme’s Goal is to help create sustainable livelihood opportunities for 5000 families within households of people with disabilities by 2025. Deal Foundation is committed to collaborative working and to build sustainable partnerships to create lasting economic and social impact in the lives of people with disabilities & communities they live in. This impact will be achieved through the convergence of relevant government, CSR funds and sustainable livelihood activities leading to inclusive growth and transformation. Our vision at DEAL Foundation is to create ‘A world where individual ability, not disability, counts’. The organisation’s work is covered under the following strategic themes:  Provide effective and timely training and livelihood support to promote economic independence.  Promote social, economic and environmental well-being.  Raise awareness, challenge discrimination and promote inclusion. In pursuing these themes DEAL Foundation’s focus is to bring about positive change for people with disabilities, their families and the community at large. Emphasis is on developing new forms of service and delivering services in ways which spread learning, entrepreneurship, leadership and good practice.
