The approach at Jarvis Knight Payne is to act as an ‘Exclusive Partner’ to Candidates and Clients alike. Through a detailed interview we work with individuals to understand their needs, expectations and career aspirations. It is only then that we are able to discuss appropriate opportunities that we are recruiting for. ‘ At Jarvis Knight Payne we do not believe in the simple method of mailshotting CV’s at random clients.’ To maintain the consistency the same principle is also applied with our clients. All clients are met personally so that we can clearly understand their requirements and absorb their company culture and work environment.
