Municipal Revenue Service (MRS) specializes in identifying unrecognized revenue opportunities for Pennsylvania cities, schools, counties and other taxing districts which receive an immediate source of revenue up front from the sale of unpaid real estate taxes. This new revenue stream can be incorporated into the current annual budget. MRS has been providing this service since 2004 and has provided in excess of $500 million in new money to taxing authorities across Pennsylvania.
