Avenues Australia is a registered NDIS provider, providing leading disability services in Australia. We provide quality Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching and Plan Management services for people with a disability. We act as our client's primary NDIS Service Provider, by helping them get the supports they need, activate their Plan, connect to services from other providers that will help you achieve their goals, and be their contact for any concerns or questions. By playing a NDIS navigation role, we are supporting our clients exercise choice and control, have their voice heard in matters that affect them, and make informed decisions regarding their supports.
