TO CREATE A WELCOMING SPACE FOR HEALTH AND HEALING WHEREEVERY.BODY.BELONGS.As a black and woman-owned studio, we have been providing yoga studios since 2003 when we opened our first Studio on Flatbush Ave. We value diversity and are proud to offer a variety of practices to the community we both live and work in. We offer a wide variety of class types from the classic Hot 26&2 series to Yin Yoga. In addition, we provide wellness services such as biodynamic craniosacral. Our classes and services are taught/performed by certified, experienced instructors and practitioners. We hope to encourage you to maintain regular practice to promote and support your overall well-being.
