The Employment Program of BC ensures quick and easy access to information and a flexible menu of services designed to help participants enter the workforce as quickly as possible. Our Resource Centres can provide you with support through workshops, labour market information, job boards and support from our professional staff members. Other participants may need additional supports with their work search or exploration of programs and benefits attached to Employment Insurance and Reachback eligibility, or Income Assistance. Assisted services can help participants through an exploration of their strengths and identification of possible barriers, resulting in the development of a personalized Action Plan which focuses on skill building to expedite engagement in the workforce or community.
