EODF is a community of organisation design professionals, academics, practitioners and it acts as the Pan-European counterpart to the Organization Design Forum (ODF) in the US. We are an inclusive connected community practicing and advancing diverse organisation design solutions in inspiring and challenging ways. We are agnostic in approach and ideas, open to all methodologies. EODF has founded and will be funding the Organisation Design Institute, as a platform for research and professional development.
