The Innovation Attaché Network (IAN) for the Netherlands in Brazil connects Dutch and Brazilian Science, Technology and Innovation partners. Brazil and the Netherlands have similar societal challenges related to, for example, sustainability, ageing population, green economy, healthy living, energy resources and food security. The Innovation Attaché Network works together with (research) institutions, universities, knowledge-intensive companies, policy makers and other relevant stakeholders in both countries. Sharing knowledge plays a key role in future development for competitiveness and solving societal problems. IAN Brazil is one of the 15 offices of the global Innovation Attaché Network.
