Colé was born from the experience of Matteo De Ponti, brand manager of Driade for over ten years, and from the sensitivity of Laura Macagno, passionate of art and design. THE MISSION Creating a new way of designing, based on a sophisticated expressive research and on an unprecedented collaboration between all the protagonists of the production chain. “We love things that have deep roots and we are convinced that, in a world now saturated with objects, the product is first and foremost a service”, say the two entrepreneurs. "Quality excellence is almost taken for granted, what it really does the difference is the link between those who produce, those who draw, those who sell and those who use a certain object ”. THE CORPORATE Curated by Francesca De Ponti and Filippo Donisi, it reflects the search for classic lightness that pervades the whole project. It is a game of subtraction in which a few graphic signs, extrapolated from what was originally an organic form and squared to define a sort of bookmark / page mark, tell a world made of pure shapes and color. In which the relationship between fullness and emptiness plays an essential role. THE NAME It is linked to a common memory that comes from Argentina, Laura's birthplace. An element of color that - at the mere thought - makes them smile.
