We are a non-profit group of Conflict Resolution Professionals who work with non-profits, government, businesses, and communities to educate, train, and resolve conflict. We specialize in mediation, facilitation, ombudsmen work, training, coaching, conflict assessment, and systems building and other ADR techniques to reduce the cost, severity and frequency of conflict in organizations. We also have a strong interest in educating and promoting the private practice of conflict resolution professionals across the county.
