WeCare 365 Adult Foster Care and Family Care is dedicated to assisting people with disabilities and elders to live with dignity and independence in their community as a first choice. WeCare 365 is a community-based, long-term support service that is person-centered, and high in quality. It is the goal of WeCare 365 to support caregivers, families by empowering them with financial relief and serve as an alternative to institutional placement and/or homes.
