Offering Mental Health First Aid courses, we will help you develop skills and understanding to be able to confidently support others with their mental ill health. We are committed to our own development, as much as we are to yours, and we will be with you every step of the way along your mental health journey, as we strive to de-stigmatise and create a safer, and more accessible, mental health community.
