With history tracing as far back as 1983 where she started off as a department in Al Bawardi Enterprises and known as Al Bawardi Marine Services Company (ABMS), a round of restructuring in 1996 resulted in her assuming a separate entity, with her own fleet and office. Ingrained with professionalism, sheer hard work, and a dynamic team and crew, the company achieved remarkable growth and success. Before long, ABMS had a fleet renewal in 2003 with the acquisition of larger and more advanced vessels, and was renamed as Marine Capabilities (Marcap) LLC.
