I have found Mr Keen to be very professional in his approach to the work and straight talking. I was presented with and agreed to a formal contract prior to the job commencing, detailing the work to be carried out and the payment terms. I have only been asked for payment at the completion of each of the agreed stages. I have found Mr Keen and all of the people he has employed to be competent, polite and considerate. Due to the nature of the site (red clay) and recent weather conditions they have all had to work under extremely difficult circumstances. They turn up on time and put in a full day’s work.
