DevCom Ltd. was established in 1999 by engineers from Czech Technical University in Prague (CVUT). The company entered the market with an intention to develop and manufacture devices for automotive (OBD, E-OBD Diagnostics HW/SW, CANBUS testing) and aviation (analog/digital converters) industries. After a few successful years the company decided to diversify its development and manufacturing capacities with an expansion to other industry fields. The small but dynamic and flexible company started to produce more of avionic and military devices. Currently the company produces several types of navigation devices, digital displays, EHSI, analog/digital converters including Russian/US system and aircraft monitoring HW/SW system for both civilian and military aircrafts by its own capacities. These devices comply with demanding standards MIL-STD and RTCA/DO, which means they provide a maximum performance under extreme conditions. The company had been involved as a subcontractor in the successful development and deployment of navigation system for Czech army (ACR) tanks T72 M4. In the industrial automation segment, the company has delivered customised complex solutions to industrial lines developing and producing single-board computers and operator control panels. It has also been developing and producing GSM/ GPS communication devices mostly used for tracing, logging and data transffers in the security segment.
