UHS is currently looking for interested partners that can utilize an external recruiting agency with over twelve years of RPA professional experience and contacts. Most agencies negotiate a fee structure based on a percentage of first year annual salary. With the RPA community positions being so lucrative, there are extremely high fees for most agencies to place candidates. UHS uses a flat rate fee structure. This allows a bit of transparency for our company that we will not push candidates to the highest paying companies. Each candidate deserves a company that mutually fits.
