Property & Art events are small-scale events where buyers gather in the house that is for sale. During the event, buyers place bids on the home. The house is sold to the highest bidder. During a Property & Art Event, buyers also bid on works of art that are displayed in the home and that are sold on behalf of galleries. This all takes place while participants enjoy hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and live entertainment.
