Breaking Barriers Innovations is an independent project with the principal aim of radically improving the delivery of public services across the UK for maximum social impact. The programme scope will range across many ‘wicked’ policy issues - from housing to health from criminal justice reform to growth and employment. Our special focus is to help the development of effective place-based models and inform the new generation of public sector leaders responsible for designing, commissioning and leading these services beyond the theory stage.
