I have also had the repeated privilege of working as a Supervisor/Director management-collaboration of creative minds. As a consultant I work with businesses to put in place efficient teams and departments within their locale. I enter and review departments and staff who are already in place / production and make suggestions for more efficient use of materials, staff and facilities.
