Make Aging Work is an information and coaching resource for people moving into and through the “third stage” of life - that period between middle-age (the 50’s) and true old age/total dependency. Our mission is to help folks in this period of life deal optimally with the myriad of issues that emerge during this period. Things such as job loss, career pivot, ageism, optimizing health and wellness, dealing with extended longevity, avoiding the pitfalls of an unplanned retirement. We advocate for helping folks understand that this third act of life can, and should, be the most productive, fulfilling, purposeful, and happiest period of life. Our information and coaching services are geared toward helping people achieve that.
