Markowski Dweck International (MD International) is an independently run consultancy that was formed out of a desire to provide international schools and education related business with an ethical, professional, collaborative , non-transactional values based recruitment and executive search service. Simon Dweck the Director of Academic Recruitment is trained as a History teacher in the UK before venturing overseas and teaching in Osaka Japan, an experience that influenced the direction that he wanted to take in his career. 2018 marked a 20- year anniversary, working for various international education recruitment and executive search companies and private educational establishments as their internal recruiter. He has been an exhibitor, sponsor and speaker at a number of international school conferences around the globe. Dr Marianne Markowski is the founder and Director of Markowski Consultancy . A PhD Graduate from Middlesex University (Design Research, HC!, Interactive Design), Marianne is currently a Research Fellow at Greenwich University, a freelance Researcher and Designer of User Research and Experience (User research, User testing, RITE methodology, Personas) and has extensive industry experience in UX prior to starting her academic career.
