Balance Wellness Collective is an individual/couples/children/family/group therapy mental health practice located in Elgin, IL on Wing St. We also serve other local communities like Sleepy Hollow, West Dundee, East Dundee, Gilberts, Carpentersville, South Elgin, Pingree Grove, Streamwood, Bartlett, and Hoffman Estates. We are an integrative and holistic mental health practice and have professional therapists on staff as well as natural health professionals. We have experience working with children, couples and families, individuals with addiction, the LGBTQ community, EMDR therapy, eating disorders, stress, anxiety, depression, and much more. We believe in treating the whole person and abide by a mind/body/spirit and natural approach to healing. On staff with our therapists we also have a chiropractor and nutritionist.
