It was the first time in recent history that the Democratic candidate agreed to debate his Republican challenger. The event was streamed live online and made available afterwards on demand via UStream. During 2009 elections most major candidates for NYC Council in the districts covered by Bugle sites were guests on our podcast or profiled on our sites. In 2010, tourist helicopter noise over Brooklyn Heights became the #1 quality of life issue to residents.
