We own ALL of the hotels we manage. We don't partner with 3rd Party Owners, Asset Managers or hire Management Companies. We are in full control of the hotels' lifecycle and are long-term, strategic hoteliers that design, develop and manage beautiful hotels. Our hotels are mostly new, in urban, downtown/center-city locations with high ADR ceilings. Our culture and leadership structure is empowering, relational and quite unique compared to the traditional hotel Management Company.  We place a high value on team member engagement, education and building strong relationships, starting with a foundation of trust, confidence and setting crystal clear expectations.   We currently operate 5 hotels (3 Hilton, 1 Hyatt, 1 IHG) and have more in various phases of development.  Big Picture: Tara Investments is a hotel real-estate group based in Charlotte, North Carolina that focuses on hotel investment, development, and management.
