Ballarat Neighbourhood Centre, has a long tradition of providing quality adult learning to the Ballarat Community. We exist to increase the social and economic participation of people in our community, especially those experiencing disadvantage. We offer affordable pre-accredited and accredited courses in a wide variety of subjects in computing, literacy and numeracy and pre-employment programs. As the home of the innovative Work & Learning Centre program we also provide assistance for people who are experiencing long term unemployment.
