Stacy is a Performance Coach and award-winning mental health expert to organisations, leaders and executives. Stacy is renowned for her passion, energy and her unique way of producing top results and supporting others. As a coach, she has an obsession for identifying strategies and tools in order to increase the performance of professionals who want to raise their game both professionally and personally. Utilising her background in wellbeing and psychology, Stacy works to provide self-awareness and insight into how our mindset affects our ability to not only reach the goals we set but our overall wellbeing. She then uses emotional intelligence and a cognitive behavioural approach to work with clients to change their patterns of thinking in order to push past the barriers which are holding them back.
