We are a collective of creatives from coast to coast cultivating community and igniting change, ideas and connection. We are most known for our inaugural event in August of 2020 where 30 Black Designers spoke, ignite style, about their transitions as a Black designer in America. Ever since then, this community has grown and expanded beyond measure.. Our purpose is to create space for Black & Designers of Color with unique virtual events where they can highlight their work and tell their stories. We are reimagining how designers start and grow their design careers, and challenging the way designers and speakers gain exposure, network, present portfolios and earn. Our collective is building a platform with the purpose of solving big problems and bringing together passionate designers to create change and unity. We do this by challenging the status quo and elevating voices of those too often left behind.
